What time do I need orders in by for same-day dispatch?

Orders that reach us before 12pm AEST are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Anything placed after the cut-off ships the next business day. Paid orders sync automatically from your store, so there is nothing for you to export or forward.

Which eCommerce platforms and marketplaces do you integrate with?

We connect natively to Shopify, Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce, so paid orders flow straight into our dispatch queue and tracking posts back to your store. There are no CSV exports or double entry. See our integrations page for the full list.

Can you pack orders in my own branded boxes and inserts?

Yes. When you supply your own boxes, tissue, inserts or thank-you cards, we pack each order to your brand spec rather than in plain cartons. Our pick and pack process keeps the right item and quantity accurate on every parcel.

Is there a minimum order volume to use your DTC fulfilment?

We work with growing online sellers and there is no long-term lock-in, so storage and dispatch flex with your demand rather than a fixed minimum. The simplest way to size a plan to your order volume is the quote calculator, or talk to our team for a tailored quote.

How do you handle returns from my online store?

We receive each return, inspect it and re-shelve saleable items, then update your stock so they are back online without delay. Items that fail inspection are set aside per your instructions rather than returned to saleable stock.
