Getting Started

Onboarding

Five steps to going live

1

Talk to us

Tell us your order volume, product types, SKU count and platforms. We send back a clear pricing breakdown — storage, pick and pack, any special handling — so you can model the cost before committing.

2

Connect your store

We link your store to our WMS — Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon or a manual feed — and load your SKU list with dimensions, weights and handling notes. Most integrations take under an hour on your end.

3

Send your stock

Ship inventory to our Western Sydney warehouse via any carrier — pallets, cartons or loose units. We count and verify every unit against your packing list and send a receiving confirmation by SKU.

4

Go live

With stock shelved and the integration tested, you are live. Orders flow into our dispatch queue automatically; we pick, pack and hand to the courier, and your customers get tracking numbers.

5

Scale

You get a dedicated contact for replenishment and questions, live inventory and order visibility, and returns handled for you. Book an inbound to restock, and grow without rebuilding your fulfilment.

  • Monthly order volume — roughly how many orders you ship
  • Average order size — single item, multi-item or a mix
  • Product dimensions and weight — especially for bulky or heavy items
  • Special requirements — fragile handling, branded packaging, custom inserts

FAQ

Getting Started with OutBox3PL FAQs

How do I get started with OutBox3PL?
It begins with a conversation. Tell us your order volume, product types, SKU count and the platforms you sell on, and we send back a clear pricing breakdown — storage, pick and pack, and any special handling — so you can model the cost before committing. From there we connect your store to our system, you ship your stock to our Western Sydney warehouse, and once it is received and the integration is tested you go live. There is no obligation and no minimum just to start the conversation.
How fast can I go live and start dispatching orders?
We are built to go live in days, not months. Connecting Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay or Amazon usually takes under an hour on your side, so the main driver of the timeline is getting your stock to us and shelved. Most businesses are dispatching their first orders within five to seven business days of their inventory arriving at our warehouse.
Is there a minimum order volume to use OutBox3PL?
There is no minimum to get started and no lock-in contract — onboarding is designed for eCommerce businesses ready to hand off warehousing and fulfilment at a range of sizes. You can start small and scale as you grow, adding SKUs, channels and markets on the same system rather than rebuilding your setup. If you are unsure whether your current volume is a fit, the quickest way to find out is to tell us what you ship and how often.
Can I migrate from my current 3PL or in-house warehouse without disruption?
Yes — moving from another provider or from your own warehouse is a common starting point. We connect your sales channels and load your SKU list with dimensions, weights and handling notes, then you ship your stock to us via any carrier as pallets, cartons or loose units. We count and verify every unit against your packing list and confirm receiving by SKU, so the handover is controlled and you can see exactly what landed. A dedicated contact manages the transition and your ongoing replenishment.
How is pricing worked out and what should I prepare for an accurate quote?
Pricing is transparent, with clear per-order and storage rates and no hidden fees or lock-in, so you know your cost before any stock ships. To turn around a quote that matches your operation, it helps to have your SKU count, rough monthly order volume, average order size, product dimensions and weights, and any special requirements such as fragile handling or branded packaging. None of it is mandatory to begin, but the more you share the faster we can price it. You can also model a figure yourself with the quote calculator.
