What is a 3PL?
A 3PL — third-party logistics provider — is a company you outsource warehousing and order fulfilment to. OutBox3PL stores your stock at our Western Sydney warehouse, picks and packs each order, and ships it to your customer, so you don't have to run a warehouse or pack parcels yourself. We also handle returns, first-leg freight from China and Sydney last-mile delivery on the same platform.
How fast do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are picked, packed and handed to a carrier the same day. We compare 6+ carriers on every parcel and route each one on the rate and speed that best suits its size and destination, with real-time tracking posted back to your store.
Do you integrate with my store or marketplace?
Yes. We connect natively to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce and Magento, plus many other platforms. Paid orders flow into our system automatically and inventory syncs back across every channel — no CSV exports or double entry. If you sell across several channels, one pool of stock fulfils them all so you never oversell.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Our pricing is usage-based — you pay for the warehousing and dispatch you actually use, and storage and fulfilment scale up and down with your demand. There are no long-term tie-ins, so you're never punished for a quiet month or for scaling back.

Our warehouse is in Western Sydney at 1A/19 Berry St, Clyde NSW 2142 — a 10,000 m² facility with 50,000+ pick locations. Being in Sydney keeps your stock close to Australia's largest metro market and the east-coast carrier network, and our own metro fleet handles Sydney last-mile delivery.
Can you handle returns?
Yes. We provide end-to-end returns processing: we receive each return, inspect and grade it, then restock sellable items or dispose of them as instructed, and update your inventory so saleable stock is back online without delay.
