We hold your packaging at our Western Sydney warehouse and use it on the right orders, so the unboxing matches your brand without you handling any cartons yourself. If you need bundles, gift sets or multi-component builds prepared first, that is handled through our kitting & assembly service.
What is the cut-off for same-day dispatch?
Orders ready by 12pm AEST ship the same business day, with full real-time visibility into every step. Capacity scales through peak seasons and sudden volume surges, so there is no fulfilment bottleneck when demand jumps. Anything that arrives after the cut-off is picked, packed and dispatched the next business day, still with the same accuracy checks and carrier rate-shopping applied.
